Withdrawing  a Student from UDSD

If you are planning to withdraw your child from the Upper Darby School District, you must complete a Student Withdrawal Form appropriate to your child’s current grade level.

Each form is designed to collect the required information to formally process your student’s withdrawal, including transfer school details and parental/guardian authorization. All forms must be submitted to the main office of your child’s current school, either in person or by following school-specific submission instructions.

💡 Please complete all sections of the form before submission. Supporting documentation (such as proof of enrollment at the new school) may be required.
