Process for Requesting Student Records, Transcripts, & Letters of Graduation
For Current Students Who Have Not Yet Graduated
Transcripts for College & Post High School Opportunities
Students who are currently enrolled at Upper Darby High School and are applying for college, university, or other post high school opportunities that require transcripts can request these directly from their grade level counselor. Click the button below for counselor contact Information.
Current Upper Darby High School Students
Parents/Guardians looking to obtain a copy of their student’s records – or to have their records sent to a new school* – will need to fill out an AR-216 Form that gives permission for us to release your student’s records. Click the button below to download AR-216 Form.

For Former Students Who Graduated Before the Current School Year
There is a cost of $5 for requesting a transcript/letter of graduation.
*NOTE: All recent graduates have a one (1) year period to receive a free transcript. (e.g: a June 2024 graduate has until June 2025 to receive a free transcript).
Directions to Request a Transcript or Letter of Graduation
Please download and complete the Transcript/Letter of Graduation Request Form and return the form along with your payment to Carol McBride at transcriptrequests@upperdarbysd.org OR via USPS: UDHS (ATTN: C. McBride) – 601 N. Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
